According to the planning idea presented by Tan Hoang Minh Group, when formed, Xuan Tho satellite city will play an important role in dispersing population from the central area of Da Lat to Xuan Tho area. This will create a favorable living and working environment, encouraging investment in this area.
The project also aims to develop sustainable high-tech agriculture , create livelihoods and improve the quality of life of local people.
The project proposes 8 different functional zones, attracting residents not only from Lam Dong province but also from all over the country.
