On January 31, the working delegation led by comrade Le Ngoc Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee continued to visit and extend New Year greetings to the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dak Long commune; officers and soldiers of Dak Long and Ro Long Border Guard Stations.

At the visited units, the delegation heard reports on the socio -economic situation, national defense and security, and activities of each unit, as well as Tet care for people, officers and soldiers.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Tuan highly appreciated the results achieved by the units and shared the difficulties with the cadres and people of Dak Long commune and the cadres and soldiers at the border posts. He asked the units to continue to promote the achieved results, especially the spirit of solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties, coordinate with each other, take advantage of available resources and resources from the Central and local levels to help people develop the economy, reduce the rate of poor households, strive to get rich, and soon complete the new rural criteria.

He hoped that the Party Committees, authorities and commanders of the units would continue to make greater efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks; improve combat readiness, firmly protect the territorial sovereignty and national border security; coordinate with units along the border of Laos to effectively carry out border patrol and control work, prevent border encroachment, smuggling, deforestation, illegal exploitation of natural resources, and protect the sovereignty and border security of the Fatherland.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed units to continue to pay attention to Tet care for people in border areas, not to let any people lack food or clothing during Tet; units coordinate to organize for officers and soldiers to have a full and warm Tet.

On the occasion of the New Year, I would like to send to the cadres and people of Dak Long commune and the cadres and soldiers of the border posts and their families my best wishes for health, happiness and a joyful and warm Spring; continue to excellently fulfill the tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.

On this occasion, comrade Le Ngoc Tuan presented gifts from National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue to policy families in extremely difficult areas in Dak Long commune. The delegation also presented meaningful gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Military Command and Dak Glei District Party Committee and People's Committee to wish the Party Committee and People's Committee of Dak Long commune, Dak Long Border Guard Station and Ro Long a Happy New Year.
