At the competition, 2 teams from the "Bru-Van Kieu Community Cultural Tourism Development Group, Lam Thuy Commune" and the "Bru-Van Kieu Women's Community Cultural Tourism Group, Kim Thuy Commune" participated in a cooking competition with the following contents: Food preparation, presentation and presentation on cultural significance, how to prepare dishes from local products.
At the competition, in addition to enjoying local cuisine , delegates also enjoyed a dance performance to invite wine through folk songs of the Bru-Van Kieu people and experienced making Aơh cakes.
The competition is an activity within the plan of the Francophone Project Management Board (Provincial Women's Development Support Fund), aiming to test the trained cooking skills of the cooperatives; honor, preserve and promote the unique features in the traditional cuisine of the Bru-Van Kieu ethnic group, and promote the development of community cultural tourism in the locality.
