At the same time, he expressed his hope that India and Tuyen Quang would cooperate more in areas such as education, culture, tourism, etc. In particular, he hoped that the province would coordinate to organize the Indian Film Week in Tuyen Quang; organize the International Yoga Day; send an art troupe from Tuyen Quang to perform in India; and increase information so that more and more Tuyen Quang students can study in India.
