Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee removes difficulties and obstacles for a number of projects in the province

This morning (April 23), Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the Conference to remove difficulties and obstacles for a number of projects in the province. Also attending were comrades: Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Xuan Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ngo Tan Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities of the province.

In particular, Manh Duc Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company proposed that Bac Ninh province soon allocate land and determine land prices at the Tan Hong residential area project, Tu Son city. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and implement the next steps, including completing the determination of land prices before May 20, 2025, determining the official price before June 15, assigning functional sectors and Tu Son city to coordinate with investors to implement the project in accordance with the provisions of law.

At the Conference, Dabaco Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company proposed to speed up the progress of land acquisition, clearance, settlement of design approval, adjusted cost estimates and confirmation of completion value at the H2 Road Construction Investment Project (Bac Ninh City); consider giving opinions on the provisional land price at the corresponding project: Dabaco Van An Urban Area (Bac Ninh City). Regarding these two projects, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the People's Committee of Bac Ninh City completely complete the two resettlement projects, promptly carry out land acquisition no later than May 15, 2025; assign the Office of the Provincial People's Committee to submit a document on the adjustment of the budget today; no later than April 28, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh City must have a document agreeing to the adjustment of the design and cost estimates, relevant departments and branches must determine the corresponding land area before May 15, and complete the land auction by August 30, 2025.

At the Conference, EIP Industrial Park Development Investment Company Limited proposed to speed up the progress of site clearance at the Que Vo 3 Industrial Park Construction Investment Project - Phase 1. For this Project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that industrial development is the main growth driver of the province, the delay in putting the planned land area into use will cause great waste. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Industrial Parks to coordinate with investors to resolve the legitimate aspirations of the people, in the spirit of the rule of law; Focus highly on site clearance work, to be completed before May 30, 2025; Que Vo town to strengthen propaganda and mobilization work, to create high consensus among the people. After June 30 this year, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will support site clearance. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the Investor to create conditions for domestic enterprises to invest in the Industrial Park, especially in the fields of science, technology, and innovation.

At the Conference, Cao Nguyen Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Trade Union Group proposed the following projects: Project to complete the intersection of National Highway 1 and National Highway 18. For this project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to complete the Investment Certificate before May 10, and complete the official price determination procedures by May 30. The company proposed the Project to build traffic, education and training, cultural and sports works in Tam Son ward and Huong Mac ward, Tu Son city. For this project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial People's Committee to sign the land handover document by April 28 at the latest, and Tu Son city to take the lead in removing obstacles for the following construction items. The company proposed the Cach Bi Supporting Industrial Cluster Project (Que Vo town). For this project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Que Vo town to complete the approval of the compensation plan for site clearance before May 10, 2025, and complete the payment before June 30. The company proposed the Tan Chi 2 Supporting Industrial Cluster Project (Tien Du district). For this project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned Tien Du district to complete the steps, advise on the establishment decision and the next steps before May 15, and assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to coordinate with the locality to implement the site clearance work. The company proposed the Ngoc Han Cong Chua Street Housing Project (Bac Ninh City). Regarding this project, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the relevant agencies to compile a report before May 7, the Provincial Inspectorate to report on the next implementation plan before May 25, the Investor to review and prepare documents to submit to competent authorities to resolve the issuance of Land Use Rights Certificates, the relevant agencies to complete the planning adjustment before May 30, and by June 20, resolve all problems at the project.

Regarding the Western Urban and Service Area Project, Cho Town, Yen Phong District of Hung Ngan Housing and Trade Investment Joint Stock Company, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to coordinate with the Department of Justice to work with relevant agencies to review the documents, striving to resolve the problems in the Project by May 15.
