Accordingly, over 20 local militia and mobile militia of the ward and 12 soldiers of Battalion 3 (Brigade 210) stationed in the area were sent to clean up the scene, clean up, and support the families affected by the fire.

Immediately after the fire, the Red Cross Society of the ward also visited and encouraged the households to overcome the difficulties soon. The ward also directed residential group 8 to arrange temporary accommodation for the affected households; ensuring that the children continue to go to school and their studies are not interrupted.

Previously, at around 9:50 a.m. on May 12, a large fire broke out at Group 8, Gia Sang Ward. According to local residents, the fire started at Mr. DNH's grocery store, then spread to Mr. LTL's electronics and refrigeration repair shop, and then continued to affect Ms. NTT and Ms. VTO's houses.

On-site firefighters coordinated with the fire prevention and rescue police (Provincial Police) to quickly arrive and control the fire at 11:45 a.m. the same day.

The fire destroyed many valuable properties such as cars, household appliances and business goods of 4 households. The estimated damage was nearly 2 billion VND. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.

Work to overcome the consequences is still being carried out.
