Unifying activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day

On May 13, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting to unify the contents of the consultation for the province on organizing the 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) and summarizing 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Attending the meeting were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and related departments and branches.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, the delegates agreed on the contents of the activity, including: Photo exhibition " Thai Nguyen in the flow of Vietnam's revolutionary press" (expected to have about 80 photos); a welcome art program including art performances praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, journalism, chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with Thai Nguyen Newspaper, Thai Nguyen Radio - Television Station, and the Provincial Journalists Association.

Reports on the formation, development and outstanding achievements of revolutionary journalism in Thai Nguyen province; the role of journalism in the socio-economic development of the province and the country; and the summary of 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW chaired by Thai Nguyen Radio and Television Station in coordination with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department and related agencies and units.

The meeting also agreed on the content of tea culture performance activities, tea service; display of press artifacts and the number of groups and individuals proposed for provincial leaders to commend on this occasion.
