Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong congratulated the health sector on Vietnamese Doctors' Day

On the afternoon of February 26, comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and congratulated cadres, civil servants, public employees, employees and workers of the Department of Health and the Provincial General Hospital on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025).

At the units visited, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong sent his congratulations, gratitude and warm greetings to the collective of cadres, doctors and nurses. He emphasized that medicine is a noble profession and wished that the collective of cadres, doctors and staff in the health sector always keep in mind Uncle Ho's teachings, promote intelligence and enthusiasm, build a strong solidarity collective, build a human resource team to meet the requirements of the task; promote the application of scientific - technical advances, high technology in medical examination and treatment activities, and comprehensive health care for the people.

The Provincial General Hospital needs to continue to improve the effectiveness of professional work, train high-quality human resources; strengthen cooperation with specialized medical units at home and abroad; allocate resources to invest in equipment; promote digital transformation activities; do a good job of patient flow, reform administrative procedures, reduce waiting time, and constantly innovate the style and attitude of serving patients.
