The Department of Construction has recently sent a document to the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones; the Departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, and Interior; the People's Committees of districts and communes; project management boards under the People's Committee of Da Nang city; investors, project managers, supervisory consultants, and construction contractors in the area regarding the continued strengthening of labor safety measures in construction projects.

The Department of Construction requests that relevant agencies and units strengthen inspection activities combined with dissemination and guidance on the implementation of legal regulations, applicable standards, and technical regulations on construction safety under their management authority. Through guidance and inspection, if any shortcomings, deficiencies, or limitations are discovered, relevant agencies and units are requested to proactively report and propose solutions and measures to remedy, amend, and supplement regulations, standards, and technical regulations to ensure their suitability to practical realities.

In cases where violations of construction safety regulations are detected, all entities involved in construction activities are required to take immediate corrective measures, focusing on ensuring absolute safety for workers; at the same time, organizations and individuals violating the regulations will be strictly punished according to the law. Construction work will be stopped if violations of construction safety regulations are detected that pose a high risk of causing accidents on the construction site.
