Car tuning workshop owner reviews VinFast VF 8: "Saving 8-10 million VND per month, worth the money spent"

Every day, the car travels up to 150 km, taking his wife to work in Long An , picking up the children from school and him to work in Thu Duc City (HCMC). After just over 3 months, the total distance the car has traveled has exceeded 9,000 km, equivalent to 3,000 km/month.

With such a long distance to travel, thanks to the electric car, he saves 8-10 million VND in fuel each month. Compared to the American pickup truck he is using, a full tank of 1.5 million VND can only go about 500 km, so on average he has to refuel every 3 days.

“ The charging fee is definitely cheaper, but now the cost is '0' because it is still in the free charging policy period until June 2027. It turns out that after 2 years it is a profit compared to the depreciation rate of the car ,” said Mr. Duc.

Commenting on the VinFast VF 8, Mr. Duc said that with current travel needs, the car meets very well. The steering wheel is light so the driver is less tired, especially when stuck in traffic in the city. As a Gymkhana player, he also praised the impressive performance and fast acceleration of the VinFast VF 8.

According to Mr. Duc, VF 8 has impressive performance, worth the money spent.

“ Another commendable point is the rear shock absorber of the VF 8. In the current version, when going over speed bumps, the vibrations are quickly dampened, helping the driver and passengers to avoid motion sickness, ” he said.

Regarding safety technology , Mr. Duc assessed that VinFast's safety technology operates effectively and accurately, not inferior to car models from long-standing brands that he has used.

In fact, the safety technology on the VF 8 is also an advantage that is highly appreciated by many customers. Specifically, the car is equipped with many advanced ADAS safety driving support features, typically the highway driving support system - which is a level 2 feature, lane keeping control, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, automatic emergency braking in advance...

“ If you balance the value received, VinFast VF 8 is well worth the money I spent ,” Mr. Duc commented.
