Building a strong organization
2025 is a special year for the Provincial Youth Union when it has completed the work of perfecting the organization of the Union after the merger of the province. With the initiative of the Provincial Youth Union, the Union chapters at all levels have been quickly consolidated and improved, ensuring unity in ideology, politics and solidarity in organization and action.
Clubs - teams - youth groups based on interests, occupations, religions, young workers, and ethnic minority youth have been formed and actively operated, turning personal interests into collective strength. Many new models have been effectively maintained such as: "Young people doing good business ", "Youth developing community tourism", "Youth volunteering for community life", along with the model "Youth starting creative businesses", "Religious youth association" ... have helped young people find a common voice and promote their role in the community.

The Provincial Youth Union has made strong progress in both scale and quality. The methods of operation, gathering and uniting youth are increasingly innovative, diverse, and the content is close to reality. Up to now, the whole province has more than 300 thousand members. The current rate of youth solidarity and gathering is nearly 70%.
Keep moving forward
In 2025, the Youth Union and Association at all levels organized and implemented hundreds of youth projects and tasks that brought practical results to social life... In particular, the Youth Union and Association supported the construction of 3 new houses, repaired 4 houses for policy families, families in difficult circumstances...; supported the construction of 1 "Beautiful School for Children", 2 friendly classrooms, 2 playgrounds, children's play areas; donated 2,000 fruit tree varieties, donated 200 breeding animals; supported the construction of 5 sanitary and auxiliary works, sanitary equipment sets on roads in border communes in the province. The total value of the projects, tasks, gifts, and working days was more than 1 billion VND.
In addition to those meaningful activities, the movement “Tuyen Quang Youth join hands to build new rural areas” has spread strongly. Many models such as “Lighting up the countryside”, “Model roads”, “Youth flower and tree roads”, “National flag roads” have clearly shown their effectiveness in social life.
The Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province also affirmed its pioneering role in responding to natural disasters. When storms and floods occurred, the Youth Union and Association at all levels mobilized and received dozens of tons of relief goods; dozens of free trips brought goods and necessities to the people and people in areas directly affected by storms and floods; mobilized over 5,000 youths to support people in cleaning and renovating many roads, houses, and evacuating property before, during and after floods and storms.
The Youth Union and Association at all levels have deployed capital to support young people in starting and establishing businesses, with a total loan of more than 5 billion VND for start-up projects. This capital has promptly provided support for dozens of innovative projects.
Inheriting and promoting the achievements, cadres, members and youth of Tuyen Quang continue to effectively carry out the movement; promote political and ideological education for members and youth; promote the organization of youth volunteer movements, creative youth, and youth shock troops to protect the Fatherland...
Along with that, the association at all levels has effectively implemented programs to support young people in economic development, starting businesses, actively participating in digital transformation, and improving digital capacity for officials and youth members...
