On the morning of December 10th, Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company announced that it and Kijsetthi Mobility Company (Thailand) had officially signed a sales agreement.

This large-scale export contract marks a new step forward for the company in its journey to bring “Made in Vietnam” products to conquer the international market. At the same time, it affirms the capacity to produce modern and high-quality cars of the Kim Long brand, contributing to raising the position of the Vietnamese automobile manufacturing industry in the global value chain.

According to the contract, Kim Long Motor will supply 1,000 buses of all kinds to the Thai market, including the main lines: 12m buses (internal combustion engine and pure electric), 7.8m buses (internal combustion engine) and 7.5m electric buses. The products are researched and developed by Kim Long Motor's team of experienced engineers, suitable for terrain conditions, traffic infrastructure and specific requirements of customers in the Thai market.

All exported products are manufactured at Kim Long Motor Hue Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Industrial Park with automated production lines and digital management. In particular, Kim Long Motor's engine and automobile product production capacity has been strongly strengthened with the inauguration of the Yuchai Engine Manufacturing and Manufacturing Plant, which was inaugurated on December 5.

With a scale of 6.5 hectares, initial investment capital of 260 million USD and automation level of up to 90%, the factory is capable of producing a variety of international standard engine lines for buses, minibuses and new generation commercial vehicles.

Kijsetthi Mobility is a business operating in the field of developing a comprehensive mobility service network in Thailand, including commercial vehicle sales, spare parts supply, repair and maintenance services for trucks and buses, and expanding into sustainable solutions in the electric vehicle (EV) era.
