Preparing to inaugurate Hai Duong Maternity Hospital Phase II Project

Hai Duong Maternity Hospital Phase II project has a total investment of nearly 240 billion VND, and is a key project of the city.

Vice Chairman of Hai Phong City People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung inspected the preparations for the inauguration of the project.

On the afternoon of August 17, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, inspected the preparations for the inauguration ceremony of the Hai Duong Maternity Hospital Project Phase II, which will take place on August 19, 2025.

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung requested the City People's Committee Office to continue to coordinate with departments, branches, the Management Board of the West Hai Phong Construction Investment Project, Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and related units to review the decoration and celebration work, ensuring security and safety for the inauguration ceremony. In particular, Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital needs to have a detailed and specific plan to avoid interruption of medical examination and treatment activities.

All preparations for the inauguration ceremony of Hai Duong Maternity Hospital Phase II Project have been basically completed.

The inauguration ceremony of Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Phase II is one of 9 projects and works chosen by the city as the starting point and inauguration point to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. At the same time, it is one of 6 points that Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio and Television will broadcast live. Therefore, the units need to coordinate and prepare carefully so that the inauguration ceremony takes place solemnly, safely and widely.

The Hai Duong Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Phase II project started on January 29, 2024 with a total investment of nearly 240 billion VND. This is a key project of the city, aiming to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for people, especially women and children. To date, the main items of the project have been completed and are ready for operation.
