Enthusiasm for work requires soldiers to first of all have a good understanding of their assigned ideology, duties, and tasks, and consider performing tasks as an honor and responsibility. From there, they are always enthusiastic and ready to rush into difficult places, take on difficult tasks, and accept sacrificing personal interests for the common goals and tasks; always thinking, worrying, and searching for new and creative solutions and ways to solve problems.

However, having too much enthusiasm but lacking expertise is also very dangerous, no different from a reckless person or as we often say "enthusiasm plus lack of knowledge equals sabotage", hindering teammates, losing opportunities... Handling capacity is a synthesis of knowledge and skills to respond to all situations that occur in practice, from which to make quick and accurate decisions, even with new and unprecedented problems. To improve capacity, soldiers must have enthusiasm, a desire to contribute, and affirm their own capacity. Through many challenges in the face of difficulties, soldiers will know how to calmly analyze the problem, turn it into a motivation to find ways to overcome and overcome adversity, thereby gradually forming their mettle and becoming more and more resilient and stronger. Moreover, having capacity but lacking enthusiasm makes it easy to find ways to shirk tasks or even if they accept, they will just do it for the sake of it, affecting the general spirit and not achieving high results.

With enthusiasm, soldiers will not hesitate or be afraid of difficulties or hardships, comfortably accept tasks and turn difficulties into motivation. With ability, soldiers will have more courage and confidence in their ability to handle situations. When they have enough enthusiasm and ability, soldiers will achieve the mindset of "going when ordered", ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
