On the evening of January 2, the social work department of Cho Ray Hospital (HCMC) prepared a 100-inch screen and a high-quality sound system at the relatives' house for patients to enjoy the exciting moments of football.

Before the match, the hospital arranged 100 seats, straps, and stickers for patients to cheer.
More than a sporting event, this livestream shows the hospital's concern for the mental and overall health of its patients.
Football is not only the king of sports, but also the glue that binds hearts, bringing joy and connection to patients and relatives in the passionate atmosphere of the football season.
MSc. Le Minh Hien - Head of Social Work Department, Cho Ray Hospital - said: "The hospital will arrange screens for the first and second leg finals of the 2024 ASEAN Cup at the patient's relatives' motel so that patients can watch the matches directly.
This is not only a sporting event, but also an activity with profound humanitarian meaning, aiming to bring joy and connection to patients, as well as relatives in the passionate atmosphere of the football season."
Patient Nguyen Xuan Khanh ( Binh Duong ) who is being treated at the hospital shared: "I am very touched by the hospital's thoughtfulness and concern for the patients' spirit. In this atmosphere, we feel cared for, shared and relieved of the pain of illness. I wish our Vietnamese team will compete confidently and win today."
