Implementing Decision No. 912/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the organization and units assigned and approved to sponsor and support villages and communes to build new rural areas, on the afternoon of June 8, Ha Tinh Newspaper - the host unit, coordinated with the following units: Department of Justice, Vung Ang Petroleum Company, Bac Ha Tinh Irrigation Company Limited, Nam Ha Tinh Irrigation Company Limited to sign a cooperation agreement to sponsor and support village 1 (Dien My commune, Huong Khe) to build new rural areas. |
Representatives of units presented symbols to support the people of village 1, Dien My commune in building new rural areas.
At the ceremony, units and representatives of village 1, Dien My commune organized the signing of cooperation and sponsorship with the main contents: propaganda, raising awareness for people and the community about building new rural areas; supporting part of the cost of installing and upgrading cultural houses, village sports areas, drainage canals, auxiliary works, livestock works in residential areas... Total support cost is 185 million VND.
On the commune and village side, they will develop a roadmap and plan to implement work contents according to the Criteria for building a model new-style rural residential area; review and select subjects in need of support to carry out specific tasks; proactively deploy tasks within the local capacity; urge and supervise the implementation of projects to ensure progress and quality.

Village 1, Dien My commune has 120 households with 464 people. The area is large and often flooded. People mainly produce agriculture and their lives are still difficult. Implementing the criteria of a model residential area, up to now, village 1 has only met 3/10 criteria, 7 criteria have not met the standard including: planning; housing and auxiliary works; cultural house and village sports area; environment, landscape; household gardens and livestock facilities; traffic roads; electricity and information and communication systems. |
