The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association gives gifts to Thu Lum Commune Kindergarten

The Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association currently has 159 members, many of whom are leaders and maintain effective business operations, contributing over 50 billion VND to the annual budget, creating stable jobs for over 1,500 local workers. The Association constantly innovates its content and methods of operation, strengthens connections, shares experiences, and expands cooperation with young entrepreneurs associations in provinces and cities across the country. The emulation movements: "Young entrepreneurs pioneering innovation", "Sustainable business development" are widely deployed, creating motivation to promote the entrepreneurial spirit in the young entrepreneur community.
Along with production and business development, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association considers social responsibility as the noble mission of every entrepreneur. During the 2019-2025 term, the association implemented many social security and charity programs with a total value of more than 5 billion VND, spreading the spirit of "Entrepreneurs serving the Fatherland and serving the people". During the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, the association mobilized members to support 580 million VND for epidemic prevention and control work; donated medical equipment worth 75 million VND to the Provincial General Hospital. At the same time, it supported 250 million VND for youth projects, new rural construction; and gave gifts to students and poor households in the province.
Annual programs such as “Border Tet”, “Spring Border Solidarity”, “Warm Winter in the Highlands”, “Lighting Up Faith” have become humanistic symbols of Lai Chau young entrepreneurs. In particular, the association coordinated with the Red Cross Society of Nam Dinh province (old) to present 2,000 gifts worth nearly 450 million VND to people in the districts: Muong Te, Sin Ho (old).
The task of building and developing the association and its members has been given attention and implemented synchronously by the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association. During the term, the association admitted 90 new members, established 2 affiliated branches and 1 Pickleball Club for young entrepreneurs with 17 members. Exchange, connection and encouragement activities for members are maintained regularly, creating a practical and cohesive living environment. Inspection and supervision work is seriously implemented, ensuring that all activities of the association comply with the Charter and regulations. There are no complaints, no disciplined staff. This is a clear demonstration of the spirit of solidarity, discipline and responsibility of the young entrepreneurs of Lai Chau province.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association has determined the motto of action "Solidarity - Creativity - Integration - Development", taking innovation as the foundation and social responsibility as a measure of entrepreneurial value. Accordingly, 100% of members strive to comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws; actively participate in patriotic emulation movements; fully perform tax obligations and create stable jobs for about 1,500 young workers in the locality.
Along with that, the association focuses on improving management capacity, supporting creative startups, digital transformation, connecting capital sources and applying science and technology to production and business. Promoting the honor of young entrepreneurs and typical startups, arousing the spirit of creativity and dedication in Lai Chau youth. In the field of social security, aiming to professionalize volunteer activities, mobilize resources to support policy families, poor households, and disadvantaged students; develop professional clubs, create an environment for learning, cooperation and spreading the spirit of young entrepreneurs in Lai Chau province.
Mr. Pham Van Tuyen - Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association shared: “In the new term, the association aims to build a team of young entrepreneurs with strong political will, clear ethics, modern management capacity and a high spirit of dedication. Along with that, we will accompany the province in the process of digital transformation, green economic development, improving competitiveness and supporting the innovative startup ecosystem. The association will also further promote its connecting role, being a reliable bridge between the government and businesses; participating in giving opinions and criticizing policies, creating a favorable and transparent investment environment. Each young entrepreneur in Lai Chau strives to be an ambassador spreading the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility in the community.”
In the development journey of the province, young entrepreneurs are the pioneering force contributing to the change of the homeland. From the spirit of creative entrepreneurship to humanitarian actions for the community, they are affirming their role every day in building Lai Chau to develop green, fast and sustainably. With the desire to contribute, the spirit of solidarity and high social responsibility, the young entrepreneur community of Lai Chau will continue to accompany the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups to realize the goal of making Lai Chau a fairly developed province in the midland and mountainous region of the North by 2030 - a land of convergence of intelligence, courage and aspiration to rise up.
