Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Mr. Dinh Van Thinh, Chairman of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, on behalf of the Party Committee, the government and the households receiving gifts, respectfully thanked the attention of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly, the Vietnam Elderly Care and Promotion Fund and the sponsors, saying: Tu Vu Commune was established on January 1, 2020 on the basis of merging 3 communes: Tu Vu (old), Phuong Mao and Yen Mao. The whole commune has about 70% of ethnic minorities, mainly Muong ethnic people. Since the merger, with the attention of all levels, sectors and the solidarity of cadres and people in the commune, people's lives have gradually improved, the rural appearance has improved a lot. The Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations have always completed their tasks excellently.
However, as a mountainous commune with a large ethnic minority population and the impact of the war years, the socio -economic conditions and people's lives are still difficult. We hope to continue to receive the attention of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly, the Fund for Care and Promotion of the Role of the Elderly for the poor elderly, the elderly in difficult circumstances and for social security policies in the commune. We promise to continue to unite and strive to make Tu Vu commune increasingly develop in terms of economy , culture, society, security, national defense, and strive to achieve the status of an advanced new rural commune in the coming time.
The commune leaders also asked the elderly to use the gift effectively and for the right purpose, contributing to health care, improving the quality of life, and continuing to join hands with the cadres and people in the commune to build an increasingly innovative homeland.
