At The Gold House Gala Awards, an annual awards ceremony honoring individuals of Asian descent with outstanding contributions to the arts and community, actress Zhang Ziyi surprised everyone when she appeared in a design by fashion house Nguyen Cong Tri.

The actress chose a black dress from the Vietnamese designer's Fall Winter 2025 collection. The outfit is minimalist, with a gentle, tight-fitting shape that accentuates the waist.
