Transferring industrial parks outside Chu Lai Open Economic Zone to the Management Board of High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks in Da Nang

DNO - On August 18, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 1012/QD-UBND transferring the direct state management function for industrial parks outside Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in Quang Nam province (old) from the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Quang Nam province to the Management Board of High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks of Da Nang.

According to the decision, from August 18, Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park, Dong Que Son Industrial Park, Thuan Yen Industrial Park and other industrial parks previously planned in Quang Nam province but not under the management of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone will be transferred to the Management Board of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks for direct management.

Notably, among the transferred industrial parks, Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park has a fairly large scale (total planned area of ​​418 hectares) attracting about 72 enterprises to invest and operate, contributing to creating jobs for over 23,000 workers.
