Speed up site clearance progress of Song Khoai Industrial Park

Comrade Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting and directed to speed up the progress of site clearance for Song Khoai Industrial Park.

The Song Khoai Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project has a total clearance area of over 714 hectares. The site clearance work is divided into 5 phases according to the project investment progress, reclaiming land from 4,211 households.

Up to now, in Song Khoai Industrial Park, 448ha/714ha of land has been cleared, equivalent to 62.75% of the area. The remaining area to be cleared is about 265ha, involving 1,452 households, of which Hiep Hoa ward has 1,182 households, Dong Mai ward has 270 households.

Representatives of leaders of departments, branches and localities spoke and clarified a number of issues at the meeting.

At the meeting, after listening to the quick reports and comments, clarifying a number of issues from departments, branches and localities, Mr. Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that the Song Khoai Industrial Park infrastructure project is one of the important projects located in the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone, which has important significance, contributing to the development and economic growth of Quang Ninh Province. In the past time, the province has focused on directing localities and related branches to focus on accelerating the progress of site clearance, but so far, the progress has not met the requirements.

He requested that the two localities of Hiep Hoa and Dong Mai need to learn from experience, overcome difficulties, quickly complete the determination of land origin, establish and approve site clearance plans, and notify households of payment within the fourth quarter of 2025.
