Tan Duc Industrial Park, located in Tan Minh commune, was approved by the Prime Minister for investment in 2021 with an area of 300 hectares and a total registered investment capital of 1,200 billion VND. With a strategic location at the gateway to the Southeast region, this is an industrial park that effectively connects with neighboring areas and becomes an important investment connection point in the Southern Industrial Park map. In particular, Tan Duc Industrial Park has a particularly favorable location for traffic connections because it is located along National Highway 1A, near Phan Thiet - Dau Giay Expressway... helping businesses to conveniently transport goods and save logistics costs.

Notably, with a total area of 300 hectares, this is considered "one destination - many values". It is a functional subdivision including industrial park land of over 200 hectares, in addition to warehouse land, service management works; green land, water surface, traffic... According to the project investor, Tan Duc Industrial Park is a multi-industry industrial park, attracting industries that use modern technology to thoroughly treat waste, without causing environmental pollution. Among the industries attracting investment are textile products, mechanical equipment and machinery, construction materials, electricity, electronics, pharmaceuticals, medicinal materials, and consumer goods production.

Promote early completion of phase 1

Looking back at the project implementation time, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board said that the Tan Duc Industrial Park project, invested by Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company, has a total recovered area of 300 hectares from 221 households, individuals and organizations. Up to now, the approved compensation and support plan has reached a rate of 97.72%. Based on the handed over land area, the investor has simultaneously implemented the construction of technical infrastructure items, basically completing the items of phase 1. Including traffic roads, canal systems, stormwater drainage, and wastewater drainage.

In parallel, there are items such as: water supply system, land leveling, construction of wastewater treatment plant phase 1, water supply pumping station phase 1 as well as planting trees along the road. Currently, the Industrial Park has attracted 1 domestic investment project with a total registered capital of 100 billion VND, land lease area of 1.5 hectares of industrial land. At the same time, land lease agreements have been signed with 7 projects, with registered investment capital of 1,600 billion VND, land lease area of 44.62 hectares.

With the goal of ensuring conditions for Tan Duc Industrial Park to come into operation in 2025, the investor has proposed to the Provincial People's Committee a number of issues related to compensation, site clearance and resettlement arrangements. At the same time, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee consider and promptly approve the investment policy for the 110 kV power line and 110 kV transformer station of Tan Duc Industrial Park so that the Southern Power Corporation can speed up the investment progress, start construction soon and complete the power supply to Tan Duc Industrial Park in 2027.

During a recent field survey of this project, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed relevant units and localities to urgently complete the dossier and coordinate with the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune to speed up the appraisal and approval of the compensation plan to pay compensation for the remaining area. Urgently complete the construction of the traffic intersection connecting to Tan Duc Industrial Park. At the same time, the locality needs to propagate, mobilize, and persuade households that have approved the compensation plan to agree to receive money and hand over the site. In particular, it is necessary to focus on completing the construction of D3 road and developing a scenario for organizing the inauguration ceremony of phase 1 of Tan Duc Industrial Park, welcoming the Congress of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
