In which, 3 key goals are identified: Developing digital government, digital economy, digital society. By 2030, the province will basically complete digital transformation and build smart cities.

- That's right, we need to promote digital transformation more strongly. I see that in the past 3 or 4 years, not only my province but the whole country has focused on digital transformation, implementing many projects that are very effective, such as: Online application submission, using software on social insurance - health insurance, citizen identification cards with chips for convenience in all work, online banking services (Internet banking) with facial recognition...

- Not to mention, recently, I had a backache and had to go to the hospital for a medical examination under health insurance and found many benefits. The health insurance card is in the VssID software, the citizen ID card only needs to enter the number and your information will be available immediately, without having to spend a lot of time waiting for medical staff to check the records. Currently, most public health facilities in the province have been and are implementing digital transformation. Digital health platforms such as: Electronic health records, vaccination management, remote medical consultation and treatment support... are being deployed to create many benefits for patients, patients' relatives and the management of those health facilities.

- Not only the health sector, nowadays, I see that every industry and every household is digitally transforming. Recently, I applied for a new driver's license and I was very satisfied. I just went to the public administrative service center and was given detailed instructions, everything went smoothly. The driver's license documents are all stored in the network environment, so I no longer have to worry about losing them like before.

- That is to say, the province is striving to be in the top 20 provinces and cities in digital transformation by 2030, with the goal of 100% of online public services being provided on the basis of exploiting the province's shared online data warehouse, 70% of inspection activities of state management agencies are carried out through the digital environment and information systems of management agencies.

- So digital infrastructure needs to be prioritized for investment this year? Because digital infrastructure is the premise for developing smart applications, as well as improving management efficiency. On the other hand, the province also needs to have more preferential policies to attract businesses to invest in the digital technology sector.

The important issue now is the people who do it, because only with strong and dedicated human resources can digital transformation be implemented quickly and effectively. I'm just worried that in the era of technology 4.0, if the spirit, attitude, and responsibility for implementation are slow and leisurely like 0.4, it's not good.
