Implementing the national out-of-hospital emergency project for the period 2025 - 2030 organized by the Ministry of Health and sponsored by Vingroup, on the morning of May 20, the project's lecturers from the American Heart Association (AHA) coordinated with Ha Tinh General Hospital to organize a training program on "Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation" for doctors and nurses working at the hospital.

During the 2 days, experts from the American Heart Association directly instructed doctors and nurses of the provincial General Hospital on some basic techniques such as: High-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation for adults, children and infants; effective use of defibrillators/automated electric shock devices (AED); effective respiratory support with a respirator mask; emergency treatment for cases of foreign body aspiration in the airway for adults and children; and coordinated cardiopulmonary resuscitation in groups.
Lectures are mainly practiced on models. In addition to practicing first aid independently, students are also instructed on how to perform and coordinate among members when performing first aid in a group in a hospital environment and in the community.
Upon completion of the course, qualified students will be awarded a certificate of completion of the basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course according to AHA standards to serve the outpatient emergency network when the project is implemented.
