On June 23, the Civil Servants' Union under the City Labor Federation held a conference to transfer grassroots unions, member grassroots unions, union groups and union members under the City Civil Servants' Union to the City Labor Federation. Accordingly, 53 union bases, including: 20 grassroots unions, 30 member grassroots unions and 3 union groups with 3,752 union members under the management of the City Civil Servants' Union are under the direct management and direction of the City Labor Federation.
The transfer of grassroots trade unions, member grassroots trade unions, trade union groups and union members of the Civil Servants' Trade Union to the Labor Federation is an adjustment of the organizational model, aiming to suit practical requirements, streamline, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of trade union activities in the new situation; continue the mission of caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; continue to build an increasingly strong trade union organization.
