Continue training on Free Trade Agreements and International Economic Integration

BTO-On June 24, a conference on propaganda and training on the Free Trade Agreement and international economic integration in 2025 took place in Phan Thiet city. This is the second training course this month organized by the Department of Industry and Trade in coordination with Hanoi Technology Transfer and Training Consulting Company Limited in Binh Thuan.

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of some departments and branches who are members of the Provincial International Integration Steering Committee, officials in charge of international integration work of units and localities in the province. In addition, there were representatives of industry associations, enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments and lecturers and students of Phan Thiet University and Binh Thuan College.

At this conference, the Organizing Committee focused on disseminating many practical contents: Trends in international economic integration in the new period; international standards on production, labor, environment; barriers and difficulties in exporting and importing. At the same time, equipping knowledge to improve the competitiveness of officials and businesses in negotiation skills, finding foreign partners and customers as well as adapting to multinational business culture. In addition, training on digital transformation applications is also provided to proactively integrate, use digital data (Big Data) to analyze the market or digital solutions for production, distribution, quality control processes, etc.

Through the conference, industry associations, businesses, and production establishments in the province promptly grasp information related to the Free Trade Agreement and international economic integration in the current situation. Especially, they are aware of the barriers and challenges as well as make the most of the opportunities that the Free Trade Agreement brings to proactively adapt and take advantage of the advantages towards sustainable production and business development.

The training conference is also an opportunity for officials in charge of international integration work of units and localities in the province to improve their knowledge and skills in advising on policy activities in line with the integration trend in the new period.
