Earlier, at noon the same day, at the beach in Tan Phuoc commune (La Gi town, Binh Thuan province), tourists were swimming when they discovered a stranded whale.
Many tourists and local fishermen quickly pushed the whale out to deep water to swim away.

After about 10 minutes, the whale was successfully rescued and was able to swim back to the sea on its own.
According to the Department of Fisheries of Binh Thuan province, through the images and clips recorded by tourists, the rescued whale is a humpback whale belonging to the list of endangered and rare aquatic species Group 1 protected by law.

According to initial information, this whale is about 3m long and weighs one ton.
Witnessing the image of the whale splashing its tail and rushing out to sea, those involved in the rescue were all happy and moved.
