Cybersecurity in the AI Era
Opening the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tai - Director of Information Security, CMC Telecom shared about the current status and trends of using AI in active defense, pointing out the trend of cybercriminals increasingly utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to increase the speed, sophistication and unpredictability of attacks.
According to an analysis of the top 100 businesses in 10 major industries in Vietnam, the finance and banking industry ranked first in terms of mentions on the dark web with more than 22,500 mentions. At the same time, 30.6 million emails were leaked, of which the technology industry alone accounted for nearly 28 million. These figures show that incidents in the technology sector can become dangerous data leaks, spreading and causing direct and serious impacts on financial institutions that are already under a lot of security pressure.
CMC Telecom is a pioneer in Vietnam in providing a Comprehensive Operation Center with SOC as a spearhead of operations. At the same time, CMC Telecom also provides a unified cybersecurity platform, built on its Data & AI Platform. This solution connects and optimizes the power of technology and data from many leading vendors - including Google and CrowdStrike, helping financial institutions establish an active, multi-layered and adaptive defense system.

Comprehensive solutions from global technology partners
As strategic partners, Google Cloud and CrowdStrike have accompanied CMC Telecom to provide multi-layered security solutions, applying AI to build proactive defenses for Vietnamese businesses.
Google representative, Mr. Huy Do - Security Solution Expert introduced Google's security solution suite including Security Command Center, SecOps and Threat Intelligence. These solutions apply AI to detect abnormalities, support timely investigation and incident handling, thereby improving the efficiency of SOC operations in the digital age.

At the workshop, CrowdStrike representative, Mr. Le Thanh Tuan - Senior Solution Engineering Manager shared about Falcon Insight and Charlotte AI - tools that help detect, investigate and neutralize threats from high-tech criminal groups. He also emphasized the role of the combination between CrowdStrike and CMC Telecom in integrating the power of technology and data, to bring advanced security services to BFSI customers in Vietnam.

Customers are strongly interested in security solutions
Before entering the conference session, attendees had a unique experience when visiting CMC Telecom's Data Center and Response Operations Center. This was not only an impressive highlight, but also allowed them to witness firsthand the modern infrastructure, strict security procedures and professional operational personnel - especially in the field of 24/7 security monitoring and response. This visual experience reinforced the attendees' confidence in the cybersecurity platform that CMC Telecom is building, and at the same time created a natural rhythm to open up in-depth content at the conference that followed.
After the speakers' sharing, many units expressed clear needs for solutions of CMC Telecom's core services such as Threat Intelligence, Managed Detection & Response and Cloud Security - services considered as strategic priorities in the context of increasing cyber security threats in the BFSI industry. Attendees also expressed interest in CrowdStrike Falcon and Google SecOps solutions in SOC operations.

As a strategic partner of Google and CrowdStrike, CMC Telecom is committed to bringing to the market multi-layered security solutions, AI applications, unified capabilities in both operations (CMC COC) and cybersecurity solution platform (CMC CSP) to detect and respond to threats.
CMC Telecom is not only a leading provider of secure digital infrastructure, but also a strategic partner in cybersecurity, ready to work with BFSI organizations to build an active, multi-layered defense system to meet the growing challenges in the digital age.
