Coming from a family of artists, his father is artist Chinh Nhan (Golden Medalist Tran Huu Trang in 1997), his mother is artist Bao Ngoc, so from a young age Ngoc Cuong was passionate about art, he taught himself to dance since middle school, then joined Dance Cover groups and performed in big music shows.
"I have participated in professional dance groups such as: Oh Dance Team, The Chiefency. And coming to movies, this is the first time I have participated in acting in front of the camera. I hope to develop into a professional actor" - Ngoc Cuong shared.

Director Khuong Dua immediately rejected it because he had never seen Ngoc Cuong act before, but after casting, director Khuong Dua changed his mind and decided to choose Ngoc Cuong.
