An Giang police arrested and extradited two wanted fugitives to their locality.

On the morning of October 9, the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police announced that it had arrested and extradited Huynh Trung Nghia (born in 1983, residing in My Thoi Ward, An Giang Province) and Hong Chi Trung (born in 1987, residing in Ha Tien Ward, An Giang Province) from Tay Ninh Province and Ho Chi Minh City to their localities. In which, Nghia was wanted by the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police for the crime of "Intentionally causing injury", Trung was wanted for the crime of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".

Huynh Trung Nghia.

Previously, after seriously injuring someone, Nghia fled the area. On October 1, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police issued a wanted notice for Nghia for the crime of "Intentionally causing injury".

In order to avoid being caught by the police, Nghia continuously changed locations. At about 9:00 p.m. on October 7, detectives from the An Giang Provincial Police Department coordinated with the Moc Bai Border Gate Economic Zone Police Station (Tay Ninh) to arrest Nghia while he was hiding in Ben Cau commune (Tay Ninh province).

Hong Chi Trung.

Trung, after appropriating other people’s property, fled the area. On September 16, the An Giang Provincial Police Department issued a wanted notice for Trung for the crime of “Abuse of trust to appropriate property.”

After a period of hiding, on October 8, Trung was arrested by detectives from the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police while hiding in An Phu Dong Ward ( Ho Chi Minh City).
