Previously, on June 6, 2023, a 48-year-old NCT temporarily residing in Thanh Tay Hamlet, Thanh Tay Commune, Tan Bien District went to Tan Bien District Police to report that a group of strangers broke into his house, destroyed property, and then left.

Tan Bien District Police investigated and prosecuted, and on June 16, 2023, urgently arrested 4 subjects: Bao, Ly, Thuan, Dat and seized a number of related objects.

At the police station, the subjects confessed: Bao had business relationships and was authorized by many people to collect debts for hire. When the money was collected, the creditor had to pay Bao 40% of the total amount the debtor had paid. Bao was hired to go to Mr. T's house in Tan Bien district, Tay Ninh to collect over 1.3 billion VND.

Before leaving, Bao rented a 7-seat car and 5 people: Ly, Thuan, Dat, Tien, Duc with a salary of 500,000 VND each, to go with Bao to Mr. T's house to smash and destroy property to put pressure on Mr. T to pay the debt.

Tan Bien District Police are continuing to investigate and clarify to handle according to the provisions of law.
