Thanh Xuan Ward Police builds the image of a brave and exemplary police officer

At Giap Nhat Communal House (Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi City) on the evening of August 26, 2025, the cultural exchange program "Song of the Country" took place; the focus was on cultural activities to celebrate major holidays of the Capital and the country in 2025 and respond to the movement of All people protecting national security, launching the model of skillful mass mobilization in 2025 "Three close, three listening, three sharing" and implementing the plan to coordinate work between the political system of Giap Nhat residential area and Thanh Xuan Ward Police.

According to the leader of Thanh Xuan Ward Police, in recent times, the movement of All People Protecting National Security in Thanh Xuan Ward in general and Giap Nhat residential area in particular has been widely deployed, has had a strong influence, attracting a large number of people to participate.

Thanh Xuan Ward Police launched the 2025 model of "Three close, three listening, three sharing".

The ward police have proactively advised and organized the fight, prevention, and prevention of complicated incidents, advised on the proper resolution of religious issues and land disputes, and prevented the formation and emergence of "hot spots".

Residential areas in the ward have built and maintained effective self-management models for security and order such as self-management inter-family groups, mediation teams, self-management teams for security and order, public order and fire prevention and fighting teams, etc., actively contributing to the work of maintaining security and order.

Some typical models in Giap Nhat Residential Area such as: "Socialization of security cameras" model with 32 security cameras has become a "magic eye" effectively supporting the Ward Police; "Green, clean, beautiful Giap Nhat Street" model contributes to raising people's awareness in maintaining public hygiene, not littering and actively participating in community activities...

Discussing the program, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Xuan Ward Nguyen Xuan Hai requested the Party Committee, authorities, police forces and people in the area to continue to effectively implement the policies of the Party and State on ensuring security and order, mobilizing the entire political system, the core of which is the ward police, coordinating with other sectors to ensure security in residential areas, residential groups and promptly handle arising incidents; building a strong force to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level. Building a movement of "All people protecting national security" that is practical, effective and practical; truly a daily task and becomes the awareness and responsibility of every citizen.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hai, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, also said that the people of Giap Nhat Residential Area in particular and the people in the whole ward continue to promote the sense of responsibility and civic duty, proactively prevent, detect, denounce, and fight against crimes and law violations, actively participate in and carry out the movement of All people protecting national security; strive for each person to be a "soldier" participating in maintaining and protecting security and order right at the grassroots level.

In order to effectively implement Plan No. 191/KH-UBND of the Hanoi People's Committee on implementing Directive No. 06/CT-BCA-V05 dated May 7, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of the mass movement to protect national security in agencies, enterprises, and educational institutions to meet the requirements and tasks of ensuring security and order in the new situation", Thanh Xuan Ward Police announced the 2025 model of "Three close, three listening, three sharing" with active activities towards the grassroots, residential areas, public schools in the area and the ward's political system, in order to strengthen information connection, propaganda, support for students, elderly party members and people against new forms and tricks of crime; At the same time, it demonstrates initiative in coordinating two-way management of party members, collecting information on issuing and exchanging party cards within the framework of the coordination plan for the last 6 months of 2025 with the Party Building Committee of the ward; demonstrating political determination to build the image of a brave, exemplary police officer serving the people.

Previously, Thanh Xuan Ward Police held a launching ceremony for a special political activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

With the theme "Thanh Xuan Ward Police practice ethics, style, discipline, solidarity, responsibility, stick close to the grassroots to serve the people", the Ward Police affirmed that this is a special political activity to review the glorious tradition of the 80-year history of building, fighting and growing of the Vietnam People's Police force; affirm the core role of the People's Police force and the great strength of the movement of All people protecting national security.

This is also an opportunity for each officer and soldier of Thanh Xuan Ward Police to be more deeply aware of their responsibilities and obligations, and to constantly cultivate and train to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

On behalf of the Ward Police Command, Lieutenant Colonel Le Hung Vy - Deputy Head of Thanh Xuan Ward Police called on all officers and soldiers of Thanh Xuan Ward Police to actively respond and participate in the activity with practical actions, contributing to building Thanh Xuan Ward Police to be increasingly clean and strong, worthy of the trust and love of the Party, State and people.

At the ceremony, delegates listened to Prof. Dr. Pham Hong Tung, former Director, Chairman of the Science and Training Council of the Institute of Vietnamese Studies and Development Science - Hanoi National University, report on the topic "Uncle Ho with the People's Public Security" and review the 80-year history of building, fighting and growing of the People's Public Security force.
