On December 1, in Dien Dien commune (Khanh Hoa province), following the order of the Minister of Public Security , Khanh Hoa Provincial Police deployed "Quang Trung Campaign" to build houses for households whose houses had collapsed or completely collapsed due to the recent historic floods in this province.

Immediately after that, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police simultaneously started building 8 new houses to give to 8 households in the province whose houses collapsed or were severely damaged in Dien Dien, Cam Hiep, Hoa Thang, Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Vinh, Tay Khanh Son communes...
Colonel Nguyen Ba Thanh said the recent floods have caused serious damage across the province, with Dien Dien commune - the province's flood epicenter - being the most severely affected.
Immediately after the floodwaters receded, the police force and local people cleaned up and reinforced their houses, coordinated with relevant units to deploy life support packages, necessities, and student support, helping people quickly stabilize their lives after the natural disaster.
Khanh Hoa Provincial Police leaders said that the estimated cost of building each house is more than 100 million VND. Units must ensure the progress and quality of the project and hand over the houses to residents before December 31, 2025.
