According to the announcement, the project has an average apartment selling price of more than 21.6 million VND/m2; including value added tax, excluding maintenance costs, management and operation costs of the apartment building.
This is the first social housing project in Long Thanh commune as well as the area surrounding Long Thanh airport to be built to meet the housing needs of workers, officials, civil servants, public employees, residents and households whose land was recovered for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway but did not meet the resettlement conditions.
Social housing belongs to the Residential Area Project according to the planning in Long Thanh commune, invested and built by Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, with an area of over 2.5 hectares, including 4 apartment blocks 7 floors high with 628 apartments with an area of 48-77 m2.
According to the plan, in December, the project will complete the roofing of 2 blocks, more than 300 apartments; the remaining 2 blocks will complete the roofing in the first quarter of 2026. The investor will receive home purchase applications until December 15.
The Long Thanh airport project is accelerating to be completed by the end of 2025, expected to be operational in 2026. This is a key national infrastructure project, with a capacity of 100 million passengers and 5 million tons of cargo per year; phase one will handle 25 million passengers. The total investment capital of the project is nearly VND336,630 billion (USD16 billion).
