Ca Mau creates a social housing fund for sale, rent, and lease-purchase for people with housing difficulties in the province.

Land location at Lot N2-1, N2-2, N2-3 in An Xuyen ward, Ca Mau province.

About scale: Land area, water surface, and expected usable area is 19,777.8m2. Designed capacity is about 996 units (907 social housing units; 89 commercial housing units).

Products and services provided: Social housing, commercial housing in the form of apartments.

Expected construction scale: 06 12-storey buildings and synchronous technical and social infrastructure.

Current land use status: Cleared.

Urban planning information: In accordance with construction planning.

Preliminary total investment capital: 1,215,121,086,000 VND.

Project implementation progress: 36 months from the date the investor is approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy and assigned to the investor.

Mechanisms, preferential policies, support for investors: Implemented according to current laws.
