The grassroots trade union has regularly improved the quality of political and ideological education , ethics, lifestyle, and training the will to strive and the capacity to act for cadres, union members, and workers. The emulation movement in the trade union organization has been regularly maintained and operated effectively, focusing on implementing the central political task, the Hospital's Emulation Movement for Victory.

The Hospital's Political Commissar requested: The grassroots trade union needs to promote its role in participating in the management of the unit, building and implementing the grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace, internal management regulations and rules. Perform well the representative function to protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members, workers and social policy activities; regularly build, improve and train a team of trade union cadres to meet the requirements and tasks of the Hospital.

The Congress of the Trade Union of Military Hospital 105 was a great success. The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 7 comrades with a high number of votes of confidence; affirming the spirit of "solidarity - democracy - discipline - innovation - development" in the new era.
