The Congress of the 72nd Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term identified two breakthroughs.

GLO- On the morning of October 11, the Trade Union of Company 72 (Army Corps 15) held a Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the participation of 140 delegates representing more than 1,100 cadres and union members from 22 trade unions. The Congress agreed on 8 main targets and 2 breakthroughs in the new term.

During the past term, the Trade Union of Company 72 has promoted its role and functions well, basically completed the targets of the Resolution for the 2023-2028 term; effectively carried out propaganda and education work, contributing to raising awareness, sense of responsibility, self-reliance and self-improvement of union members and workers.

Emulation movements are organized enthusiastically and practically, creating motivation to complete production and business tasks well, maintaining stability and safety of the unit.

Notably, the movement "Silver garden, golden day, ready to harvest for the goal of 3 no-2 yes" and the "ready" team have brought about clear results, with 246 workers replaced, harvesting 18,490 kg of latex, contributing significantly to completing the production plan.

The union also encouraged 100% of union members who are miners to participate in the team-level competition for skilled workers; encouraged initiatives and technical improvements, thereby improving productivity and labor quality.

At the same time, the Union focuses on taking care of the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. The average income reaches 6.65 million VND/person/month.

Activities of visiting, supporting the needy, mourning, weddings, and giving gifts on holidays and Tet are maintained regularly with a total amount of nearly 1.2 billion VND. Every year, over 78% of the union departments are strong, of which over 43% are excellent; 97.5% of the cadres and union members are advanced, with 75% being excellent.

The congress discussed and agreed on 8 main targets for the new term. Among them, striving for 100% of cadres and union members to have jobs and stable income, and no cadres or union members' families to be poor.

100% of cadres and union members meet the standards for salary increases, promotions, and military rank promotions within the prescribed time; promptly resolve suggestions and proposals from employees, and prevent complaints, denunciations, and petitions that go beyond the level of authority...

At the same time, identify two breakthroughs: education on strict compliance with discipline, internal rules, unit regulations and safety regulations; good and creative workers, improving productivity and income for workers.

With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and responsibility, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 11 comrades; elected 2 delegates to attend the 11th Congress of the Military Trade Union. Professional Army Lieutenant Colonel Phan Thi Sao - Political Assistant of the Company was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Company 72 for the new term.
