Donated 14,680 textbooks to 2 schools in flood-affected areas

On December 3, Vietnam Education Publishing and Equipment Investment Joint Stock Company (VEPIC) and Southern Kite Book Joint Stock Company donated textbooks and notebooks to two schools in Dien Tho commune that suffered heavy damage due to floods.

Specifically, the delegation donated 3,460 copies of Canh Dieu books and 600 student notebooks with a total value of more than 55.8 million VND to Nguyen Thai Hoc High School; and 11,220 copies of Canh Dieu books and 700 student notebooks with a total value of nearly 181.5 million VND to Nguyen Hue Secondary School. Thereby, helping students of the schools to promptly replace damaged textbooks, contributing to the stabilization of teaching and learning.

On the same day, representatives of the Department of Education and Training received 50 million VND to support house repairs for 10 teachers in the province, donated by Meritorious Teacher Ngo Tran Ai - Chairman of the Board of Directors of VEPIC Company.
