Former IELTS examiner Jackson Howard is currently the Head of the English Department at Western Sydney University in Australia. According to a representative of Prep, Mr. Jackson Howard evaluated 10 Speaking tests graded by Prep AI and said that 7 out of 10 tests gave results equivalent to the scores given by the examiner. For the remaining tests, the former examiner revealed that the scores given by Prep AI were only within 0.5 points of the examiner's score.
