During the 5 days, students will study 6 key topics on the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws related to ethnic affairs; the situation of ethnic minorities in Vietnam; socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas; building a grassroots political system; management of ethnic minority culture; national defense and security in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. In addition, students will also learn about the customs, habits and lives of the Jrai people and other local ethnic groups.

In his speech, Colonel Luu Van Doan, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Army Corps 15, emphasized: The Army Corps currently has more than 60% of its officers, soldiers, and workers who are ethnic minorities from 28 ethnic groups, along with 11 religions with tens of thousands of followers. This is an important feature, requiring each officer and employee to have in-depth knowledge of the culture, customs, and languages of the ethnic groups to improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work and consolidate the great national unity bloc.

From 2022 to present, the entire Corps has organized 57 training courses for more than 4,650 officers and employees, with a total budget of more than 7.2 billion VND. In 2025 alone, units in the Corps plan to organize 20 ethnic knowledge training courses and 4 ethnic minority language classes for more than 2,200 students.

On the same day, Branch 75 of Company held a meeting to honor students who are children of cadres, employees and workers who achieved high achievements in the 2024-2025 school year. Last school year, the Company rewarded 380 excellent students at all levels; awarded 40 gifts to women members with especially difficult circumstances, demonstrating the attention of the Party Committee and Board of Directors to the work of promoting learning, talent and the spirit of mutual love and affection in the unit.

At the conference, the Company also awarded 5 collectives and 9 individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by 2025".
On this occasion, Company 75 launched a movement to support the Cuban people, demonstrating the solidarity, international spirit and noble responsibility of the unit's officers and employees.
