Ha Lan Company is a unit operating in the fields of passenger transport services by contract cars, taxis, buses, regular freight transport business, gasoline business, car service center, Dinh Hoa Bus Station.
After a 20-year journey with many ups and downs and fluctuations, the company has faced many difficulties from limited capital, complicated price fluctuations, and high inflation. In particular, the two most difficult years due to the COVID-19 pandemic have paralyzed all activities, hundreds of vehicles were grounded, workers were unemployed, etc. However, the Company's Board of Directors has always been concerned and determined to overcome difficulties, especially the mindset of finding a new direction in the transportation sector so that Ha Lan can maintain its position and develop more and more strongly.
Up to now, the Company has built a stable operating apparatus, creating jobs for 600 officers, employees and workers, developing scale with 300 vehicles, more than 20 offices serving people, businesses and agencies, units in the provinces and cities: Hanoi , Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Vinh Phuc.
In the 20-year journey with a team of nearly 500 drivers who have been trained, coached to improve their professional skills, and strictly follow traffic laws, the Company always ensures safety for customers. Safe driving examples, drivers with traffic culture, drivers who help disabled passengers, drivers who assist in road accidents... all of these things create many happy journeys.
Every year, the Company is awarded the Golden Steering Wheel award by the National Traffic Safety Committee for groups and individuals.
Not only that, along with the 4.0 Revolution and responding to the Thai Nguyen emulation movement to promote the Digital Transformation Program, the Dutch Company has applied digital transformation and applied technology to the business activities of the unit such as: electronic contracts, journey monitoring devices, electronic command system - electronic tickets, electronic monthly tickets with NFC magnetic cards for bus passengers...
With steady steps and persistent efforts of the leadership and employees, Ha Lan has reaped "sweet fruits". In 2023 alone, the Company's revenue reached 190 billion VND, contributing nearly 7 billion VND to the state budget, equal to 184% of 2022.
