Since the beginning of May, the Company has issued a Plan to organize Workers' Month and Action Month on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025. Thereby, the Company has promoted propaganda about the purpose, meaning and importance of these activities; at the same time, raising awareness of cadres, party members and employees about their role and position in the process of innovation, creativity, and entering the era of national development.

The company also focuses on disseminating measures to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, fire and explosion prevention, improve working conditions, and prevent occupational accidents and diseases.
