In the past time, the Company has proactively reviewed, inspected, maintained, and fixed defects in the entire power production line; at the same time, fully prepared spare materials, arranged personnel on duty to command, operate, and repair 24/24 hours to ensure that the generators are ready to operate safely and continuously. At the same time, implemented a material and spiritual compensation regime for the on-duty force during the holidays according to regulations.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Company produced 374.21 million kWh of electricity, reaching 102.1% of the quarterly plan and 27.17% of the 2025 plan. The shifts complied with the shift regime, consistently implementing the instructions of the Company's leaders in the operation and production of electricity, ensuring safety for people and equipment during the production process.

With the efforts of the Company's staff, the results of the operation of Dong Nai 3 and Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plants ensure absolute safety. This is the basis for the Company to continue to complete its tasks in the second quarter, especially during the peak holiday period of April 30 - May 1 lasting 5 days.

To ensure stable operation during the holiday, the Company has checked the status of equipment, prepared sufficient spare parts, and ensured the highest reliability and availability. From there, it is ready to deploy measures as required by the National Electricity System and Market Operator (NSMO) to ensure that the generators of Dong Nai 3 and Dong Nai 4 Hydropower Plants are maintained at their highest condition.

Along with that, the Company also strictly complies with labor regulations, operating procedures, and production orders are given top priority. The communication system has a smooth transmission channel and SCADA, DIM, and Hotline signals are stable; at the same time, incident drills are organized to ensure the fastest handling when incidents occur.

The Company has also coordinated with localities to ensure water supply for daily life and agricultural production during the holidays and the dry season of 2025. In addition, the Company has also coordinated with relevant authorities and departments in developing and implementing plans to protect security, order, safety, and fire prevention for constructions and workplaces in the Company's area.
