Hai Phong Funeral Service JSC pays dividend 6.5 times stock price

Recently, Hai Phong Funeral Services Joint Stock Company (code CPH) announced the closing date for dividend payment for 2022 in cash at a payout ratio of 19.6%. Accordingly, each shareholder owning 01 share will receive a dividend of VND 1,960. The closing date for dividend payment is April 10, 2022.

Regarding the price of CPH shares, on the market, this stock has not been traded for a long time and only stopped at the recorded price of 300 VND/share. Thus, it can be seen that the dividend paid by the company is 6.5 times higher than the market price.

In terms of business results, in the past 4 years, this unit has recorded a steady increase in net revenue from 107.4 billion VND in 2019 to 152.3 billion VND in 2022. Profit after corporate income tax also increased from 9.1 billion VND to 10.8 billion VND.

Regarding the asset structure of Hai Phong Funeral Services Joint Stock Company, at the end of 2022, the company's total assets reached 171.8 billion VND. Of which, equity accounted for 58.2 billion VND, and liabilities accounted for 113.6 billion VND.
