According to the Provincial People's Committee, the Tinh Bien - An Giang International Trade Fair is an annual event to support enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments in An Giang province and other provinces and cities to expand their product consumption markets and approach partners in the Kingdom of Cambodia. From there, it helps units and enterprises strive to improve and develop products that are competitive enough in the market, and seek opportunities for trade and investment cooperation.

In addition, the fair also creates conditions for domestic industries and localities to exchange and cooperate in economics . Thereby, it helps to strengthen links for mutual development, contributing to improving production and business capacity and competitiveness in the trend of international economic integration. In addition, the event also promotes trade promotion, tourism and investment between provinces in the Southern key economic region and neighboring Cambodia.

With its special role, the Tinh Bien - An Giang International Trade Fair 2025 is considered an important "highlight" to promote diplomatic relations, economic and trade cooperation between An Giang province (Vietnam) and the two provinces of Takeo and Kandal (Kingdom of Cambodia). Contributing to strengthening friendship, connecting trade, trade and investment cooperation between enterprises; increasing the export of goods to the markets of ASEAN countries in general, and the Mekong Sub-region countries in particular. In particular, this year's fair, in addition to the regular participation of the two provinces of Takeo and Kandal, also has the participation of enterprises from Thailand, helping to diversify typical products, serving the needs of visitors.

Coming to this year's fair, visitors will have the opportunity to access and purchase regional specialties, experience dishes with unique flavors. In particular, they will also experience OCOP products, typical products of An Giang province as well as localities across the country. In addition, there are also industrial and handicraft products, OCOP products, regional specialties and tourism promotion activities, calling for investment from provinces and cities across the country.

Within the framework of this year's fair, there will also be attractive activities, such as: Conference on connecting trade between enterprises participating in the Tinh Bien - An Giang International Trade Fair in 2025; program to introduce new products, attractive promotions of enterprises; program to introduce the traditional cake making profession of the South...

For the event to be successful, the Provincial People's Committee has requested relevant departments and branches to coordinate and support the An Giang Trade and Investment Promotion Center and the People's Committee of Tinh Bien Town to complete the necessary tasks in the fair organization plan.

As the host organization of the fair, An Giang Trade and Investment Promotion Center has coordinated with departments, branches and localities to complete the work of mobilizing and inviting businesses and localities to participate in this special trade event. Coordinate with the event company to carry out propaganda, mobilize and receive businesses to register to participate; set up and arrange scientific booths, decorate the beauty fair areas, and ensure other material conditions. At the same time, coordinate well the communication work, create a spread, attract a large number of people and tourists to the event.

The People's Committee of Tinh Bien Town has coordinated with departments and units to prepare conditions for the site and infrastructure to organize the fair; ensure requirements for facilities, electricity, water, security and order, and sanitation of the fair area; arrange parking lots and ensure good traffic order and safety in the area during the fair. Renovate the urban area to be clean, civilized, manage prices for accommodation, food, parking services, especially spontaneous parking lots of households... Departments, departments and units that are members of the fair organizing committee actively completed assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the special trade event in the border area of ​​An Giang province.

With the participation of many localities and domestic and foreign enterprises, the Tinh Bien - An Giang International Trade Fair 2025 deserves to be a typical event, a "boost" for trade activities in the border area. The Tinh Bien - An Giang International Trade Fair 2025 will take place from May 19 to 25 at Xuan To Industrial Park (Tinh Bien Town), with 330 booths from 15 provinces and cities at home and abroad. Of which, foreign enterprises' booths account for about 5%, with many typical products and many special activities to serve visitors.
