Regarding traffic infrastructure, voters of Nghia Loc commune reflected that the DH378 route passing through Nghia Loc commune was built in 2014, connecting National Highway 48 to Ho Chi Minh Road. This is a vital route, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. However, due to the process of use and large traffic volume, the route has been seriously degraded, causing traffic safety problems, especially during the rainy season. Voters requested that competent authorities soon have an investment project to repair and upgrade the route, meeting the travel needs and socio-economic development of the locality and the region.
Also related to traffic infrastructure, voter Ho Sy Tam (Khanh Tien hamlet, Nghia Loc commune) proposed that the province invest more in cement so that the locality can gradually complete traffic infrastructure to serve people's lives.
Regarding the issuance of land use right certificates, voter Bui Thanh Tuan (Nghia Loc commune) raised the question that people encounter many difficulties when applying for land titles, but when they spend money to hire a "land title broker", the process is very quick. Voter Bui Thanh Tuan requested the authorities to explain and clarify.
Regarding irrigation, there are 32 dams in the area serving production that have been built over 40 years ago. The dam body system and canal system have been basically invested in, however, due to the silting of the reservoir bed, the water capacity for irrigation is not guaranteed. Voters of Nghia Loc commune proposed that the State allocate a budget to dredge the reservoir bed, ensuring water storage for production.
In addition, issues regarding: allowances for block and hamlet cadres; shortage of teachers in the area; anti-corruption work; organization of cadres in the Party Committee office;... were also recommended by voters to the provincial National Assembly delegation.
Based on voters' opinions and feedback, leaders of departments, branches and Nghia Dan district directly responded and explained a number of issues under their authority.
