Mr. Ly Vy Trieu Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province, said that the program to promote delicious dishes from Ca Mau crabs combined with 34 specialties of localities across the country not only contributes to enriching the Ca Mau Crab Festival, but is also an opportunity for Ca Mau province to express the spirit of cultural exchange with other provinces and cities through culinary activities. At the same time, it contributes to promoting the image of tourism , culinary culture, especially Ca Mau crabs to domestic and foreign tourists.
