Stalls selling crabs and processing them on the spot attract many diners to enjoy.
Recorded on November 19 at the Youth Cultural House (Sai Gon ward), the bustling festival atmosphere attracted a large number of people and tourists. The Ca Mau crab stall stood out as it was always packed with people. The attraction comes from the famous crab quality: sweet, firm meat, fatty bricks, a unique flavor that cannot be found anywhere else. Processed dishes such as steamed crab, tamarind crab, golden crab sauce, crab shell with passion fruit sauce... all sold very well.
Tourists enjoy the experience of catching crabs holding eggs.
At the booth of Du Thai Binh Company Limited (Nam Can Commune), the number of customers increased dramatically. After just over a day of opening, the unit sold more than 200 kg of crab meat and crab roe and had to continuously import more to meet the demand.
Du Thai Binh Company's booth consumes an average of about 200 kg of crab per day.
Mr. Bui Xuan Thuy ( Ho Chi Minh City) shared: “I am very impressed with the Ca Mau culinary festival held for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City. The crab dishes are very delicious and of high quality. The festival helps to strongly promote the Ca Mau crab brand and introduce the unique features of Ca Mau culinary culture to many people in the city.”
Bun nuoc leo is more attractive and novel when combined with crab.
Crabs are processed into OCOP products, including salted crab specialties.
Dried crab pho is introduced to diners by Ho Chi Minh City artisans.

Visitors to the festival enjoy dishes made from crab.
The boom in purchasing power for Ca Mau crabs at the festival shows the great attraction of the specialty of the land, and at the same time contributes to spreading the culinary value and local brand to the Ho Chi Minh City market.
