The 2024 Hong Kong International Handicraft, Gift and Household Goods Fair - Mega Show Part 1 takes place from October 20 - 23, 2024, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (China). This is considered one of the most important, large-scale and effective trade events in Asia.
Promoting the results achieved in previous Fairs, in 2024, implementing the national industrial promotion task approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 3396/QD-BCT dated December 29, 2023, the local Department of Industry and Trade continues to organize a delegation of Vietnamese rural industrial establishments to participate in the Fair.

The activities aim to promote the national image, the image of Vietnamese enterprises and brands; Introduce export products of handicrafts, gifts, toys, and household goods with the potential to develop the market in Hong Kong; Introduce the potential and strengths of Vietnamese enterprises to foreign partners; Promote the consumption network of handicrafts in the Hong Kong market and other countries in the world .
The Vietnamese delegation is expected to have 30 booths, displaying products from the following industries: Household goods and interior and exterior decoration: Handicrafts made of rattan and bamboo, lacquer, ceramics, embroidery, interior textiles, garden and exterior products... Gifts, toys and household products: Advertising gifts, souvenirs, pocket calculators, jewelry, artificial flowers, textiles, stationery, clocks, lamps of all kinds, glass & crystal products, photo frames, candles, handbags, Christmas decorations...
Participating in the delegation, each rural industrial establishment will be supported with 100% of the cost of renting a standard 9m2 booth (3m x 3m x 2.5m); 100% of the cost of decorating the entire display area of Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of the cost of information and propaganda for the booth at the Fair (from the national industrial promotion fund in 2024)
Rural industrial establishments shall cover their own entry and exit costs, food, accommodation, travel; costs related to goods such as tax on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs, etc.; costs of using services at the Fair such as additional rental service fees, equipment, cleaning, etc. (actually incurred at the Fair)
