The State Emergency Reserve Department has exported 4,000 tons of rice and supplies to support localities affected by floods.

The Ministry of Finance has just issued a decision to assign the State Reserve Department to provide 4,000 tons of national reserve rice in emergency situations to the People's Committees of Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa provinces to promptly support people in localities affected by floods.

Implementing the direction of the Minister of Finance , the State Reserve Department has issued decisions assigning tasks to regional State Reserve Sub-Departments to urgently deploy the issuance of reserve rice.

The State Reserve Department urgently supports localities damaged by floods.

Accordingly, the State Reserve Department assigned the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region XI to issue (without collecting money) in emergency situations 2,000 tons of national reserve rice imported into the warehouse (phase 1) in 2025 to the People's Committee of Gia Lai province to promptly support people in localities affected by floods.

The State Reserve Department assigned the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region XIII to issue (without collecting money) in emergency situations 2,000 tons of national reserve rice imported into the warehouse (batch 1) in 2025 to the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.

The State Reserve Department requires State Reserve Branches XI and XIII to transport from the national reserve warehouse to specific locations and delivery according to the requirements of the People's Committees of the two provinces: Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa, with the issuance time from November 20, 2025 to December 10, 2025.

Direct the State Reserve Sub-Departments of the above two regions to urgently coordinate with the People's Committees of Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa provinces to issue, deliver and receive national reserve rice in accordance with regulations, to the right subjects and for the right purposes; and to properly implement the processes, order and procedures for issuing national reserve goods in accordance with regulations.

During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the regional State Reserve Sub-Departments shall promptly report to the State Reserve Department for consideration and direction.

Accordingly, the list and quantity of national reserve goods issued include: 5 sets of high-speed boats of various types (3 sets of DT3 type and 2 sets of DT2 type); 2 sets of 50KVA generators; 12 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 4 sets of concrete drilling machines; 380 light life rafts; 4,500 round life buoys.

On the afternoon of November 19, 2025, Deputy Director of the State Reserve Department Pham Vu Anh signed Decision No. 723/QD-CDT assigning the State Reserve Sub-Departments of Regions XII and XIII to issue national reserve materials and equipment (according to the list assigned in Decision No. 3896/QD-BTC), transporting from the national reserve warehouse to Dak Lak province (specific delivery and receipt locations as requested by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee), with delivery and receipt time from November 19 to November 20, 2025.

Of which, the State Reserve Department of Region XII was assigned to supply: 2 sets of 50KVA generators; 12 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 4 sets of concrete drilling machines; 380 light life rafts; 4,500 life buoys.

The State Reserve Department of Region XIII was assigned to issue 5 sets of high-speed boats of various types (3 sets of DT3 type and 2 sets of DT2 type).
